There was a RFE on my case in Sep for Current EVL and I resonded back in Oct.
In Nov, there was RFE on my wife's case asking for primary's (that is mine) 2006 joint tax return, Current EVL, past 3 months paystubs and W-2 form for 2006. I have sent all the documents to Attorney to mail it to USCIS.
Both of these RFE's were raised by different officers.
My question is, Is there any way they are again going to ask RFE on my case for paystub, tax return, W-2, EVL etc in future.
How may times can USCIS issue RFE.
