RFE - How Long??

Hi Friends,
How long does it take to get the result for a RFE on a I140.

RD: 01/25/01
RFE: 08/03/01
RFE replied: 10/08.01
AVM updated: 10/19/01
Still Waiting....
Reciept No is 01-087-XXXXX

I am not sure if this is normal. Please advice, any help is appreciated.

Mine AVM updated on NOV20TH, RD may 16th, RD APR 16

AVM saying it\'s going to take 150 to 240 days, however premilinary processing done, it\'s going to take 240 days.

I don\'t underrstand this message, all RFE cases are getting the same message???????
 
Notice says 60 Days

I just saw the RFE notice it says " From the date this office receives your resubmission a min of 14 days will be required to process your form. If you have not heard from us within 60 days then you may contact this office at 802-527-4913"

This no sucks!!!, can neaver get through.

AVM message is too old, everybody getting same crpay message, I knew people got approved in one week to two months after avm update date. Good luck.

my rfe for I-140 was sent on 10/18/01. category EB2. Still waiting... The automated voice mail said it may take another 90 days. Btw, my lawyer advised me not to talk directly to the INS folks, as it may result in delays in processing. Is that the case ?

Also what are the cases in which an automatic one year extension is granted for H1-B.
