I recently applied for H1 and got an RFE, please let me know about how to proceed.
During my degree, I worked on small part-time projects to gain real world experience and they were done on purely voluntary basis w/o pay. I got permission from the company to include these projects in my resume. BCIS after referring to my resume, follows up with RFE similar to this
"The candiate seems to have worked throughout the duration of the study. There is insufficient authorization in I20 to work during the specified period. The candidate must reply......"
The projects I undertook was strictly for experience purposes and not commercially used not paid for. I am clueless on how to proceed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
