Rfe. Help!!!

hi,
I have received an RFE regarding vaccinations in the medical form. my doctor says that it is enough if he fills in dpt and mmr vaccines. he has left the other vaccines blank. can any one please tell me if this is enough or each of the vaccines in the supplemental 693 form needs to be filled out. thank you.

contd..

Could you Please tell me this? Were you pregnent when you applied for i485? Why did you get a RFE for vaccination? My spouse was also pregnent at the time of applying 485. She did not take MMR expecting RFE for that. Is it possible to get approval with MMR waived?

You should be OK

As long as doctor checks those required vaccines, signs at the bottom and put the date.

It is not neceesary to take all vaccinations which are listed in the form.

thank you for your reply. I also suspect that you dont have to take all the vaccinations listed in the form. this rfe was from the vermont service center. I was not pregnant at that time and I did take the mmr vaccine. let me explain my situation. the supplement to form 693 contains 4 parts. 1st is our address which was filled in. 2nd section where in 10 different vaccines are listed including mmr, dpt,td,h.influenza b, hepatitis b, pneumococcus, polio, varicella and influenza. next to these items there is a separate check box for each vaccine listed. my doctor had only checked mmr and dpt. he had left the others blank. 3rd section is titled results and it has an option "vaccination history complete". this was left blank by my doctor. INS has sent me an rfe, highlighting the remaining unchecked vaccines in the 2nd section and also highlighting the blankly left 3rd result section. my doctor says that if he checks and signs that vaccination history is complete it is enough and no need to bother about the other vaccinations. my question is, is my doctor right or do I have to provide an explanation as to why the other vaccines have not been given. your reply is appreciated

your doctor is right

It is enough to just check the vaccination history complete box. Since it was not checked INS sent an RFE. Normally speaking, it is upto doctor what shots are required by the candidate. Once doctor says "complete" then that\'s it.

In my case this form was not enclosed at all. When VSC issued rfe for this, doctor just filled in for 3 vaccines ( mmr, dpt, varicella) and i got approval.
