RFE Help - AC21 and G325A mistake

I recently received RFE with following information:

1. Submit a completed Form G-325A, Bigrapic Information Sheet.
Note: though I remember I sent this information in my initial application.

2. Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.

My case is also AC21 < 180 days.

I was looking original Biographic Information Sheet that that I sent with I-485 application, I notice a mistake. I forgot to mention one US employer X in my employment history.

What should I do? Should I correct this and resend it as RFE response? Can this be a serious issue?

BTW, I joined this X employer while my I-140 was pending from my old Y emplyer. X employer filed for H1 trasfer and I started working for him. X employer started creating problem for me and had to join back employer Y(meanwhile H1 transfer was not complete). Once I joined back emplyer Y, I continued my GC process with Y from I-485.

So now if I do correct G325A form it would be like:

Employer Z: mid 05-2002 to TODATE (my current employer)
Employer Y: (again) 12-2001 to mid 05-2002 (my copmany started chapter 11; laid off all development team)
Employer X: 08-2001 to 11-2001 (just about 4 months; while H1 was being transfered but not complete yet when I joined back)
Employer Y: 03-2000 to 08-2001
Other emplyers xx-1996 to 03-2000

What are my chances and how should I proceed?

2. Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
That part about "prospect for continued employment" is scary. I wonder what would happen if your company wrote a letter saying we only need this person for another 3 months or 6 months or some other defined period.

Your GC would be denied. A GC is for "permanent" employment. Since there's no such thing as truly permanent, BCIS considers "indefinite" to be the same as permanent. If you have a defined end date, you're not permanent.

Gurus help!!!

The RFE says:

2. Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.

Is not this that this is one of normal Employment Verification kind of RFE?

As my company is one big company with every response to BCIS as defined by their lawyers.

This is what my company has given to me the letter in response to above RFE:

As you see they even don't mention individual's duties in their normal response. Will this be OK to respond with?

Or

I should send an other letter signed by my Manager to provide job description and some promise for continued employment. You think that will help?

What about Biographic Information error. Do you think that can cause any issue?

Help gurus....
