Hi

I have an RFE stating my EB1 case isn't strong, or whatever.

When I searched the Google w/ my last name there are 30 hits all me.
- my individual publications listed at various sites (some personal sites - but include entire conf authors/papers, it seems)
- my peer review role listed at various sites
- few related to my Prof ins officer role
- Amazon.com: conf papers were edited by 3 reputed people and published and being sold for $130 US
- a journal pub now has my abstract on their web

How can these add value to my case - how can I use these data?

Thanks

Google hits won't help you with your RFE. Use SciFinder or Science Citation Index to get your citations

Well I had about 15 pages of google hits of which 80% were about me.
However, they take only official reprints or photocopies as evidences.

For computer science people, there are ACM portal and IEEE Explore
will do most of work for you and provides you with all official reprints.

Google hits will help you some citations that are missed by these
services.

Also electronic resources miss very lastest citations(made within
3-6 months) which can be searched by manually only.
In my case, I spent a couple of days in library searching many
2005 publications ony to find a few citations, ha ha ha....

Same goes for citations in books.

fd,

Can you please elabrate what are "official reprints"? Can I print by myself the papers I published or I have to ask the publisher to do so ($$ at least), or have to to go to library to make photocopies?

Also, can I print the conference papers which cite my publications from the author home page?

Thanks,

Official reprints are something that were printed by the publishers.
I have some free reprints of my own papers.

For other papers that cited my work, I should buy them to get
official reprints. Therefore, I did one of followings:

1). Photo-copies
2). printed offical electronic files from the publisher.
(These are often pdf format of photo-copy or official pdf file
with their journal name, volume number, dates and year... )
==> these are free from college or public libraries...

My lawyer would not count the paper printed from the author's
home page unless the electronic file(pdf) is from publisher...

Good luck.
