rfe generated RD March02/ ac21 dilemma. For the GURUS

i quit my sponsoring employer 2 years after filing of GC. currently working for company 2 but contract expiring end of this month. have signed a contract to join company 3 in texas but have not started work there yet as my license to work there has not been processed yet.

online status shows RFE generated today.
i am sure it will be paystubs etc.
should i file ac21 with company 2 as i have records w2/paystubs or should it be company 3 with whom i have no documentation of paystubs/w2 yet but who can write me an employment letter.
 
Ask company 3 to give the AC21 letter (permanent Job offer Letter). That should do, provided the letter mentions your job duties as per your Labor Certification.
 
as said before Use AC21 with 3rd comapny. Get a letter regarding your salary and job duties and start date. And you can use the present company's pay stubs .
