RFE from VSC, waiting for the letter; EB1-OR, RD 06/03/99, ND 06/23/99

HI,
We, too are waiting for the RFE to arrive. The message changed yesterday (08/28) to say that the RFE was sent on 08/25. My message never said case not found.
The company did merge this year, so we may need another I-140.
RD 5/10/99 ND 6/4/99 FD 6/29/00 in Newark
EB-1 Other country
We are part of the NJ crew (although we now live in CT) that seem to have later fingerprinting thus later processing.
