I saw that a couple of guys waited for over 90 days for approvals after their RFE was acknowledged.
Did any one get a quick approval from officer# 289 after RFE?

Officer# 289...whats that? did your LUD mentiones Officer number? which center is this...Nebraska, California Vermount or Texas..

malia,

The RFE notice has the officer #.

It doesn't matter whether it's TSC or CSC or someother service center, all the RFE notices have Officer numbers. I guess when you send a response to your RFE it needs to go to the Officer who issued it.

Hi ,

My (& spouse ) online case status says that i have received a RFE on 23Rd Nov. The attorney hasnt received it . How long does it take to receive the same.

Cheers

tanjar,
My RFE was issued on 16th and my attorney received it on the 22nd. I beleive it usually takes about a week.

leanback,
The officer # is in the physical RFE notice received by my attorney (it is not displayed online)

Dinu,

Thanks!

So this way when my attorney goes for a AILO, he can speak to the officer who is working on the case.

leankback,

what is "AILO"? As far as I know there is no way of contacting an officer at TSC. You can send letters or faxes, but there is no guarantee that the officer will respond to it (or even worse, your letter may not even reach the officer).
