RFE forms DE-6 ?

I saw some people received RFE about form DE-6

a paystub as well as payroll(petitioner's forms DE-6,quarterly wage statements for the four most recent quarters, along with a statement indicating each employee's name,position,title,duties, wage & amount of hours per month each is employed)

I'm wondering what if company has about 10,000 employees or for example refuse to provide form DE-6. How to deal with this?

I guess they mostly ask that from small compnies where they have a doubt about the employer paying the wages. BUT as we all know INS/BCIS can even ask you the colour of your underwear when your 485 was filed.

Hi Tasse,

I received RFE for DE-6 , My Employer provided me with the necessary information. My company size is about 6000 plus. They just wanted to see the page on which my name was in the report. But I took our california office empliyee's report which is around 500 pages.

Did you send 500 pages by mail?

6000 persons size of comapny ..damn it and they still needed the D6....My company's over 40000 and i doubt they will give that.

No I took it with me for the Interview. They never asked me as an RFE, they asked me to get it for my Interview.
