I saw some people received RFE about form DE-6
I'm wondering what if company has about 10,000 employees or for example refuse to provide form DE-6. How to deal with this?
a paystub as well as payroll(petitioner's forms DE-6,quarterly wage statements for the four most recent quarters, along with a statement indicating each employee's name,position,title,duties, wage & amount of hours per month each is employed)
