RFE Format

Guys,

Can those who got an employment rfe tell me whether the rfe wording differs from case to case? What I am trying to find out is, whether the message is different for AC21 cases from the regular ones.

My rfe said something like...'Provide a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proffered position, and proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist '

Is it same for everyone?? Please include in your reply whether yours is a regular case or an AC21.

Got the same RFE as worded by you. Why do you ask ? Mine
is not AC21 case.

Count me in - I got the exact same RFE and I've been with the same employer throughout the process.

Nothing specific, just trying to see if INS sends out a different letter to different cases, specifically to AC21 cases and expects a different response. Seems to be pretty standard for everyone.

Just trying to keep myself busy until I get the interview letter..:)
