RFE for wife\'s EAD...any experiences?

Hi All,
I just heard on the AVM that INS (CSC) has issued an RFE for my wife\'s EAD application. Her EAD was filed based on my EB2 I-485 application. Since, I have not seen the RFE yet, I do not know the details. I would very much appreciate, if someone can share his/her RFE experiences with EAD. I just want to be prepared for the RFE response.

possible RFE for EAD include marriage certificate, immigration
style photo, I-140 approval notice, or I-485 receipt. There
are more, but these are what I can think of right now.

Hi KumarS,

I had the same experience. (In fact my wifes EAD got approved a couple of
days back - and 485 got approved more than a month ago)

They requested for most documents sent along with the application including my 140 approval, marriage certificate and more.

The good news is that the EAD RFE did not affect the 485 processing.

Hi waiting waiting,
No, I & my wife had filed for I485, EAD & AP together.
She had an RFE for EAD while mine was approved.

Also, our 485 applications were approved together on 04/02/01

Heard from the lawyer that the original Birth Certificate was not sufficient. Sent two affidavits signed by Father and Mother.
