After long time, I have seen today that my status is updated.
My status changed to RFE sent on 4/2/04. I did not received 2 FP notices for me and my wife yet. My wife's status does not say anything about RFE? Should I expect a seperate RFE notice?
Is that RFE about my 2nd FP?
Please share u r thoughts

Just now My attorney updated with all info about RFE.
It Says same story: 1)If u r not working for original petioner Refer to AC21 and submitt the employment letter with current employment explainimng salary. job duties in accordance.
2) 3 pay stubs
3) 2002-2003 W2 forms

My serious question is: As Finger prints valid only for 15 months, My fingerprints are xpired...but they did not send anything?

Any suggestions...

My case is also same as yours. WAC-02-087-xxxxx for me and my wife. RFE issued on 04/02. RFE on the way. I donot know the details. No 2nd FP. I have posted the same question in other threads, but no replies.

2nd FP followed RFE

Not sure if this is a trend for everyone - but I have not been checking my status lately as often :eek: but I received email from my attorney on monday night that they received RFE (W-2's last 2 years + last 3 paystubs). It was followed by another email yesterday that they received FP notice (scheduled May 6, 2004).

Maybe USCIS is busy churning out RFEs and 2nd FPs now - so wait for yours ...

I agree with nvi's observation. I got my 2nd FP notice a few days after I received my RFE. Interestingly, my 2nd FP is scheduled well before the expiry of my first FP.
