RFE for tax return

Hi,

I have RFEed for tax return. Since I put 10000 $ into 401, so my federal income is 10000$ less than previous year(80k), though my salay is the same 80k. Is it could be a doubt on the freaky BCIS adjudicator's mind? I know W2 should reflect that.

Anybody had 401 k and same RFE, please share with me.
 
It doesn't matter

Your W2/1099 will reflect all your income - before taxes/ pre-tax deductions.
 
Even otehrwise people w/ 50% LC salary...

..have got approved. So, don't have to worry, either way.
