I just received two emails from CIS stating (the same thing)


On July 7, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting

anyone had a similar experience ?

How come no RFE for me ?

I just checked the online message and noticed an RFE issued for my spouse on 7/8/04. Message did not change for me. Waiting for the RFE in the mail.

I checked the online message and noticed an RFE being issued for my case as well. Yesterday they issued an RFE for my spouse. I am not in receipt of RFE's yet. Shall keep you posted on what the RFE is all about. As a checkpoint, do check the online case status and see if there was some activity on your case.

( I guess I should ask this question elsewhere, but since I m lazy) Do these RFEs come to the applicant or do they go to the lawyer ?

My Husband's RFE was generated end of June. we recd. a copy as well as my lawyer recd. it.

My lawyer has replied to it.

Just was curious to know, has anybody repliued to spouse's RFE and what is the further development?

We did all the tests again and my lawyer has already send the reply.

How does the Supplemental form I-693 looks after being filled by the doctor? Do you have only check marks on the already immune column or the doctor filled in some dates too?

Today, My online message changed that they have received response to RFE. It is taking 660 days............

My doctor did every test again, saying that if my file goes in some other officer's hand, you reports are up to date on one report.

Let us see what happens further. Whether we get approved or another long wait.

Any Idea?

mostly check marks, and some dates as well.

To avoid confusion, we went to the same doctor who did my original tests, and so they had no problem putting the check marks and the dates on all tests.

We actually didnt have to do all the tests again, We just needed one vaccination according to the letter from INS. however my lawyer said just send a fully filled in form.
