RFE for RD 6/25/01 & ND 8/3/01 case on Rupnet.com Lin-01-234-XXXXX

His RFE is about for Employment. and
details : "Company Merger in 1998 & Copy of ETA-750 (Uncertified)"
I \'m currently working on he program so that you can see rfe details of people. I apologize for the same. I ran his record in test system for rfe details and that came up.

Why don\'t these mysterious guys come to this forum and post letters like we "normal" people do and share their news with the world instead of shyly adding sensational news to rupnet.com ? RD 6/25/01 is being adjudicated when all May 2001 filers are grinding their teeth and yet this lucky fella is not even coming forward to share his joy with the rest of us ? It seems fishy or maybe, I admit - the grapes are sour.. But still, honestly, we all would appreciate it if these strong silent type guys ( or gals ) would shed their inhibitions and boldly write about their "chamaktee kismat " openly so that we all could get some encouragement from their news !

to access RFE details. Now just click on RFE dt of the person in the tracker. It will show you details of the RFE.
I hope it will help. And RFE are easy to spot as they have yellow color.

This web site also has an option of sending an email if any approvals are happening.
Whoever has done this web site has really done a very good job in terms of cosmetics, designing and maintenance and many more...

RFE Details
Company A Merged with Company B and ETA-750 was applied thru Company A. When i-140 came up, we had filed it with Company B. I-485 was also applied under Company B. Later in 2001 company B was bought out by Company C hence filed an I-140 (Pending I-485). That I-140 petition is the one that got an RFE.
RFE Related to Change in company ownership (Company A to Company B). and for submitting an new (Uncertified) ETA-750.
Talked to Lawyer (Mrs.Murthy) and she says its probably due to the fact that I have been in the Process for too long. (Since Oct \'96)

VillageMD, Why is it "too much to believe"? If you look at last 6 months NSC 485 approvals published on this board, you will realize that approvals usually always carry 3 diff. RD months concurrently. There are always some people whose luggage arrive as soon as they get to belt and there are always some people who wait, wait and wait till no one is around and the last piece of luggage arrive is theirs. You will find yourself too naive if you believe that NSC process 485 strictly in FIFO method!
