RFE for RD 08/01 ??

Hi Gurus,
When i was checking AVM last night, it was telling RFE was mailed on August' 01, 2002. I don't know about for what the RFE is. Could you pls clarify few of my questions?
1. Approximately how many days it will take to receive the RFE notice from their mailing date?
2. Will they send RFE notice to both my attorney and me (or) only to attorney?.
3. Does it matter the diffrent address on 485 application and last year W-2s and paystubs?

RD: 08/20/01, ND: 10/15/01, FP: 05/22/02, RFE: 08/01/02.:confused:
 
RFE notice usually reaches in a weeks time, and it goes only to the attorney. It should not matter that the address is different on 485 and Paystubs, since the name and SSN# are the same.

It appears that in majority of RFE cases, the cases get approved within a matter of few days after submitting the response. You can expect your approval pretty soon after you file the response to RFE...

Hello Immi41,

I got an RFE on the exact same date as you. Don't know what it is for. Our attorneys should be receiving it. I recently called in a change of address and I'm not sure if that triggered it. Hopefully it is for mundane things like tax returns and W2s!

I Heard on AVM on 08/02/02 that an RFE has been issued ......

RD: 08/01/2001
ND: 09/24/2002
FP: 03/29/2002
RFE: 08/02/02
