RFE for primary and beneficiary:

GC092002

Registered Users (C)
(my spouse initiated enquiry recently...) Now, online status message says ..

On November 3, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Online messages are changed for both my and spouse's cases.

If it is query for employent verification, it should be only for me. But it is for both, what it can be?

Any guess...or experience?

thanks in advance.

Hi GC, I got the same message

I don’t know what documents they want it. My guess is pay stubs. I did use AC-21 and moved to new employer in the same state but I didn’t notify the CIS. Can some one post whether we should notify INS about the use of AC-21

my situation is same..

I also used AC-21.
I will think once I will get the notice. It can be medical, photos, birth-certificate or marraige certificate. Hope it is not related to employement verification. I don't want to go back to my previous employer. Will I need anything from them if in case query is for employment verification (pay stubs and all).

HIDEKI,
Did you get the RFE for both at the same time?

Thank you all for sharing your details.
