Hi,
Last night I checked the AVM and it says a RFE has been sent
on 9/12. It is same for my two kids but for my spouse the AVM
did not change (same old i.e. your applilcation for blah..blahh..).
Today (just now ) I called VSC and spoke to
IIO. She told me the same thing that RFE was sent. When I asked
about my spouse\'s case she insisted that my spouse should be
talking to her. She was nice and waited till my spouse came onto
phone (It was not too long about 50 seconds). She checked the status
and told us the that it is same as mine. She did not give details
about the RFE. She told us to wait until we receive the RFE.
Also when I asked why the AVM did not change for my spouse\'s case
she told me not to believe the AVM always. ( In other words she told
that it does update properly some times).
