RFE for my wife.

I got RFE for my wife regarding Medical(sha was pregnant at that time)
and regarding Geographic information.

My lawyer will fax me a copy of that RFE.

Can the doctor send the info directly to INS, or do I have to send
it through my lawyer. I am afraid that the lawyer might keep that
info with him for some more time.

Any opinion. Thanks

Could you give your details

We Applied I485 in in Dec,2000. We are also in the same boat, we did not get the RFE yet.
Colud you please post you PD,RD and other info.

You can also send it

When you see the doctor, the doctor will give the results in a sealed envelope. You can send it to INS. Just do a professional job with all information (receipt number, RFE notice etc.). Research in the INS site, it tells some where how to send info to INS.
