RFE for Medical Record

My lawyer just called and told me that he has received an RFE re my medical record. The doctor forgot to complete the entire form when I did my medical before filing I-485. I will need to go back to the same doctor and have him complete the form. INS has also asked to provide last 2 pay stubs.

Don\'t worry. My wife also got the RFE for Medical.
My case was approved on 4/9/01. I went to the doctor and the doctor
did the Medical test again (paid the fee again). The doctor said, Medical
tests are outdated and had to do it again.
