RFE for Medical form incomplete

Pretty silly mistake, I went to see the doctor, he said "Sorry, there is a result box unchecked, I guess this is the problem"
I don't know how many days of waiting is the price I'm going to pay.

My attorney is going to send the reply back tomorrow. I know one of my friends get RFE case approval within two days ( For job status RFE). That is good news. While another friends waited for 10 weeks for Medical RFE case approval.

Typing mistake

Sorry, I dreamed about being approved on 9/25/2002 (Actually, almost).

My RD is 9/25/2001.;)
 
Did you get Original Medical Form from INS along with RFE. For me similer to ur issue. That is Medical Form two test "Date Read" Column is missing. INS sent me Original Form to complete this by doctor.

How do you handle ur issue. Through some light, it will be helful.

I have sent my Original form to doctor for completion .

I get the original Medical form

My doctor filled up a new form for the last page only, then we send it together with other two original forms. I counter the INS audit again. hopefully it can be approved within one or two weeks. If not, it will take forever.
