RFE for Medical Examination

Hello all,

My skin test was position but the chest x-ray was negative. The physician gave me prescription and he put all these on the I-693 Form.

I received a RFE about the test result. The RFE ask me to "provide evidence of the follow-up and that the condition no longer exists".

Have you ever received this kind of RFE? Do you have any suggestion?

As I know, the skin test once positive, remains positive for life, whether or not the patient takes prophylactic treatment.

Do you know what exactly your doctor wrote in your medical report?

If you have a copy of it, could you please check if he marked "Referral for follow-up of medical condition" in your report?....

Same thing happened in my case too....but my 485 is still pending...I dunno what\'s gonna happen though......

I think all you can do is if you have taken the medication for 6/9 months there\'ll a record of refills and you just have to get a letter from you doctor and take it to INS physician and have him sign the follow up portion of I693......
 
Go back to your doctor

Go back to your doctor. Show him the RFE and remind him of his prescription and ask him to give you a health confirmation letter.
