RFE for initial evidence

Hi,
I got an RFE for initial evidence. I didn't receive the actual copy of the RFE yet. I think it is for Employment Verification Letter. We did not submit that during the July fiasco. My question is

1. How long does it take to receive the actual RFE copy after we receive an email.
2. What is the duration to reply to the RFE?
3. After we reply to the RFE, if the PD is not current then will our case be put aside.
4. Typically, what is the time duration to get the approval after we reply to the RFE.

1- few days
2- mostly within one month
3- No one know, but suppose every thing else (PD, name check, ...etc) is OK, may be within few months you will hear a decision, but for sure exceptions are there.
