How long does it take for an approval after an RFE is received by the USCIS. Today I mailed my RFE to VSC and hopefully they will receive it in 2-3 days time. My RFE was about current employment letter and/or bank statements. And my wife's RFE was about marriage certificate.

Well depends a lot on officer
It can be very next day or it can take 2 months
what best you can do is wait and watch!!
