I have some questions to Saimural...
You know that lots of us have changed job while I-485 pending and the salary is quite less than what was specified in Labor.
How serious is that ?? I know lots of people got approved even though they didn't have any job during approval time.
If the job is of same nature with less salary, is it okay all the time ??
Anyone knows about any denial case for this changed job cases...

i got RFE too and confused
ins asked evidence to prove that i am still alive in the united states. another evidence is to show that i am living with my wife and my wife lives with me.
if i respond that will take care of first evidence. how to prove about the second evidence? invite tsc officer to tea-party at home?

You can provide tax returns,bank statements, lease agreement or any such things which have you and your wife together in the same address.

Looks like apart from the standard reasons for RFE - incomplete medicals or marriage proof documents or incomplete history of stay in the US as well as the normal 10% QC RFE - nowadays there is a very high probability of getting an employment verification RFE if the person has changed their address (even in the same city) after applying for I-485.
However there have been a lot of reported approvals without any RFE.
My guess is these days TSC is looking very very closely at the file and will send RFE for even the smallest incompleteness in required documents or if there is any suspicion of changed circumstances from the time of the filing.
