RFE for I-485 today

Thanks a lot alsowaiting. I downloaded your script modified for Linux and made the necessary edits and it worked! The difference between mine and yours is the chdir() statement you added to point to your local directory. Well I was close- not bad for an amateur who plays with Perl sometimes.

Kudos to king1999 and you for developing these! It is very much appreciated.

$smtp->datasend not working

SBC yahoo isp when configured not sending email. added outgoing smtp details and modified script to send email for all conditions, but the mail is not going out. can someone advise if authentication of the user is required inside the perl script to make "send_email" to work? pointers will be greatly appreciated.
