Rfe for I-485 RD 08/14/02

Hi Folks
Following shows up when i did status inquiry

On February 17, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

my questions
1) People you get RFE's get similiar message,
2) how many days it takes to get RFE
3) How receieves the RFE lawyer or me
4) does this mean my case is touched, may be approved soon

Don't know whats its going to be, never changed Residence or
company since i filed my Labour, little bit worried

will post RFE details once received

2) about two weeks, give or take some days.
3) Lawyer does.
4) it means your case was touched by an ROOKY/TRAINEE adjudicator..better than dust.

What about your FP schedule?
 
Your lawyer should receive the RFE within 10 days from the date sent by BCIS.

It does mean your case has been touched but unfortunately, it is no indicator of approval...

Yes.

a week or 2 weeks

Rfe goes to your lawyer

4) does this mean my case is touched, may be approved soon
Your case is touched and regarding approval depends on your finger prints and INS decision?
 
I Did my FP on FEB 28 2003. when my FP was schedule in NOV 2002, i was leaving for INDIA, thats why i rescheduled my FP
when i checked my Case Status last week, it Said on APril 7,2003 your Fingerprint review has been received.
