Received RFE for employment letter. Folks do you think I need to file AC21 along with the reply to RFE since I've changed employer?

Thanks

Detail RFE Info

EMPLOYMENT OFFER: Submit a recent, signed letter from your present, or a prospective employer on their original letterhead (not photocopy) verifying that you are currently employed and/or are still being offered a permanent, full-time position. The letter must be dated, bear an original signature of the employer representative and indicate the salary/wage being offered and the specific duties to be performed. Such letter must be submitted even if the employer is other than the original petitioner. (Ref: "AC21").

Folks thats what exactly it says. My lawyer is asking for EVL, last 3 paystubs, last year W2.

Since I've changed employer lawyer sent me the LC info and we are incorporating exact same duties in the letter.

I am submitting all these.

Thanks for your help.

You will need to file AC21 since you are clearly being asked for EVL which will not make sense without the AC21 alongside.

Hard luck, but atleast your case is moving somewhere.

I've told my lawyer about change of job. He is from my ex-company. I've changed jobs after 6 months of I-485. Recently that company was closed.

Let's see what he does.

Thanks 140.
