RFE for EB1, Please Help!

Hello Friends,

I just received a RFE (see below), I am not sure what documents I should submit to NSC. Could you please give me some suggestions?

The RFE is:
"Please submit a letter and/or other documentary evidence which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in your area of extraordinary ability. This evidence shall specify how you intend to work in your area of extraordinary ability and confirm that you intend you to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140 petition"


My I-485 detail:
EB1-EA
RD: 10-10-2001
ND: 11-20-2001
FP: 04-05-2002
I have not changed job since approval of I-140

Maybe, as a starter, you need to look at what were stated in your I-140 terms and conditions, and build/compile the evidence accordingly. And if you already have a long-term project plan on your duty, that would be helpful as well. Since you're currently employed, you may want to discuss this with your employer - who knows they will help you with other supporting documents.
