RFE for EAD renewal

I got RFE for ead renewal...any guess on what typical rfes are for ead renewal.
secondly, i was planing to travel to india on ap and will need ead. ead ND was march 17, so I could go to district office if i did not recieve ead by then.
now with rfe, does the 90 day clock start all over again?

Sorry to hear that you got a RFE.....The clock does not start all over again in case of RFE.........BUT........many local INS's will not issue an Interim EAD if your case has a RFE...

I would say wait for the RFE and respond to it. You might even get the EAD before the 90 days..

You don't need ead when travelling outside of US. Only ap is needed at the port of entry
