RFE for continued employment letter

got rfe for employment letter specifying prospect of continued employment. My employer is unwilling to give a continued employment letter even though my job is permanent.

One thing i donot understand is : it has been more than a year since filing of the petition and with AC21, why INS seek a letter mentioning prospects for continued employment. ?
Any suggestion how to deal with this situation
 
AC21 does not

give you option not to give an employment letter, rather it just removes the dependency on the sponsoring employer. i.e. you need an employment letter from somebody.
However, the current paystubs , offer letter etc. can be used to provide proof.
All you need is proof that you are still employed in the same field and are likely to be employed even after GC approval...

prospects of continued employment

I did not change my employer and the employer is willing to give employment letter. They are refusing to write anything about prospect of continued employment.
Do not know how to handle that. seems to me it is absurd to ask a letter for "prospects of continued employment"???
 
Continued Employment

Take a letter stating that you are a "PermanentEmployee". It gives an assurance that you are not a temporary employee and your job continues. That should suffice the need.
