RFE for AP

My husband got a RFE for his AP (ND June 23) according to the online info.
On Jan 27th 04, we sent you a RFE for .....


Any one know what are the possibilities? I remember somebody talked about this, I just can't fine the thread any more.

Mostly it will be to submit copy of 140 approval

Most of the cases, they require a copy of I-140 approvals.

Its a routine and generally, after receiving our response with the approval, AP is approved in the next 15 days.
