RFE for AP - Please help.

My wife received RFE. They are asking to submit following.
-Copy of 797 approval notice for an approved I-140 or I-360 petition.
OR
-Provide SRC# of the I-140 or I-360 if a 797 is unavailable.
AND
-Provide a copy of official photo identity document.

This is 3rd AP. Previous two APs were approved with out any questions.

She did not apply for I-140 as I am the primary applicant.
Though it is quite ridiculous to ask for additional information, I have to respond with some information. Except the 3rd item, she doesn't have any other document.

What to reply to them?

If any body has information, please respond.

Her AP ND is 12/02/03

Guess you can send your approval notice for 1-140 and explain that your wife is derivative in a cover letter.

Does you wife have a different last name?

TSC is asking for a copy of your i-140 approval notice or the src# of your approved I-140 application, as they can not find a record of your I-140 in their system, just by searching with your wife's last name.

Verification of the I-140 approval for the primary applicant has been a common RFE for many dependent AP renewals in the last few months.

Just send them the I-140 src# and a copy of drivers lisense.

Actually the fact that TSC is looking at your AP application 3.5 months after ND is a good news.

Is TSC finally shifting resources to reduce the outrageous AP backlog?

yes last names are different. Probably that could be the reason. But still I don't understand why they are asking at this point of time. Previous two approvals were smooth.
