RFE for AP in CSC

Does anyone know how long it will take for AP to get approval after RFE in CSC? Basically CSC issued RFE to ask for marriage certificate for every spouse case past a few weeks.

Hi there,

Thatz very true and it happened in my case too.. We had to submit our Marriage certificate for a RFE in my wife's AP .. I believe it took 2 weeks to get the approval after submission.

A photocopy or an original notarized copy?

To reply to RFE for AP, must I submit the original copy, or an original notarized copy, or a photocopy of the marriage certificate will be sufficient? I only have one original notarized copy of my marriage certificate and I sent it with I-485 application. What have you done to satisfy RFE?
 
Online status changed after RFE

Today INS online status for my wife's AP was changed. They received RFE for marriage certificate. According to the website, it will take 30 to 60 days for such kind of case. But I don't think it will take that long.
Has anyone got AP approved after RFE for marriage certificate recently?

Wife's AP approved after RFE

My wife's AP was approved today after CSC received the RFE for marriage certificate. Good work, CSC.

Now I will count to wait for the paper. Does anyone know how long it will take?
