RFE for an early August ND application

Yesterday I was informed that I got RFE for employer letter and last three
pay stubs. Given that my company changed names, can I expect to get
another RFE for I-140 redo? Can I ask my company to anticipate that and
file I-140 in advance with the papers they had requested.

Early August guys, just be patient and wait it out. Thats the only way
you won\'t get your blood pressure up!

There are quite a few people who got 2nd RFE to redo I140. Chances are they might ask you to redo I140.

There are some people (like yours truly) who have filed for I140 redo before RFE. It has been 2 months and it might take atleast 1 more before the I140 redo is approved. On the other hand, there are people with RFE who filed I140 redo 1 month after I did and got I140 and I485 approved within a month. Unfortunately, with INS one can\'t make any generalizations.

Can you please post your details such as PD, RD, ND, FP and category and country? thanx and happy holidays.
