my wife got RFE to finish her medical tests as she couldn't finish them when we filed last year. how many days does CIS take to approve after they recv RFE vaccination report?
my 140/485 were approved on 09/17. i still haven't received the approval letters. atleast attorney hasn't told me they received them. attorney isn't showing much interest in my case anymore as they can no longer rip me off. could the case status for 140/485 be wrong?
should i request attorney to send or call CIS about the approval letters? or can I call them?
or will they send approval letters after they receive my wife's RFE response?
