Rfe- family based

Hi,

My sister had applied for my Green Card under the family based category.
We received RFE requiring marriage certicate of my parents.
We do not have this certificate and both my parents have expired.
Can you please tell me the solution to this problem.

Contact your country's local consulate/embassy and see if can issue a document in lieu of the non-existent marriage certificate.
