This is what I received today from USCIS -

"Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed Form 1140/1-360 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties t6 be'performed, and remuneration."

PROBLEM -
I have recently changed my employer, though my job title and job description is exactly the same (I negotiated that with my new company). Can I simply submit the letter from my new employer or do I have to additionally file AC21 documents. And will USCIS accept AC21 documents as response to this RFE?

I would rather suggest you to send the AC-21 first and then you can send the RFE reply with EVL from your new employer. I too got an RFE and it had mensioned "If you have changed job" which means that USCIS doesnot expect you to stick with the employer who have sponsored the GC.

Please send AC21 letter and a employment letter from present (new) employer in response to the RFE. The reason for sending everything together is, they will be looked at at the same time. If you send AC21 letter sparatly, it will be treated as miscelleneous correspondence, and it takes a longer time for USCIS to match this type of mail to the underlying case. So even if you send AC21 letter 3-4 weeks before the RFE, it may not be looked at because of the reason I quoted above. Do consult your lawyer. Yours is a very standard query, and since your new job is same or similar, you aree well protected by AC21 and have nothing except approval to look forward to :) !

Submit an original letter

Samadss,

Yesterday even I have received the same kind of mail from USCIS.
My case PD is 2003, and case moved to local Baltimore INS. I thought my case is in Retrogression. But after seeing this mail from USCIS, I am wondering does this RFE helps me moving the ahead and leads approval.

please let me know what kind of paper work you are doing, your help is greatly appreciated.
