RFE Employment letter

Guys,
I lost my job after completing 180 days, and after that I got some offer from where I am paid hourly basis(W2), so in case of RFE if my employer gives a letter stating that I am full time hourly basis W-2 employee and the job responsibilites(Which are same as before), will I be fine
 
I believe if you get a letter like this, then you will be fine. But if they ask for pay stubs, I don't what you can do. Plus keep in mind that both your employer and you need to show the intension of continued employment. GC is for a future job.

Your situationis more or less like mine( and like many others). No problems with paystubs either. Just send them what they ask for. My case got approved.
