RFE - Education Evaluation Required

I got an RFE asking for education evaluation. I have 4 yrs degree from India.
My problem is I do not have a degree certificate with me, I never applied for it. All I have is last years marksheet and a passing certificate.

Does it matter to USCIS that I should produce the "Degree Certificate"?

To obtain this certificate will take a time (one month). Is there any way I can say for answering the RFE I will provide "the document" later? I have approximately one month left to answer the query.

Please advise.
 
if they want the evaluation then the only way is to provide them with one. go to this link; http://www.naces.org/
you can search for the member companies and see how much they charge. if you have a lawyer, he may have somewhere where he sends his evaluations.
