While checking my case status online, I found out that INS has isseued an RFE on my case. However, on my wife's case it still says, " Fingerprinting results have been received.....precessing has been resumed."
(1) Can somebody tell me whether if it's okay or the message on my wife's case should have been the same like mine.
(2) Our EAD expires on January 29, 2003. Should we apply for extension or wait further?
