I got the RFE for latest pay stubs, W-2s & Tax return. Actually i have been getting only the H1 Salary which is less than the salary mentioned in Labour for GC. I heared that the salary mentioned in labour is only for after getting GC ( future employment) and now their concern is just the employment verification (valid paystub with some amount)....is it true?
So is it ok if i send my latest pay stubs (with H1 salary which is less than GC labour salary mentioned) for my RFE?
I have been working for a same employer. My last year w-2 has the higher gross than the GC labour salary.
