RFE documents returned back, please help

Hi I got RFE for Medical and Current employment verification documents on 6/26/07.

I sent the required documents on 7/5/07 to USCIS.

Today I received them back saying 'Your case has been either approved or Denied and the documents are no longer required, in case it is approved no further action is required if it is denied please follow the instructions'

I am confused, does anyone else have this experiance.

my case details

Labor dec -02
I-140 Apr - 04 approved
I-485 Jan - 04 filed

Moved the company on Dec-06
Done 2nd FP on 8th May 07
Received RFE on 26th June, 07
Sent RFE Reply on 5th July, 07
Received the RFE documents back on 14th July, 07
 
Most likely approved

My gut feeling tells me that your case has been approved because they would not deny it as they have done an RFE.

After doing an RFE they would have realized that it is not necessary for your approval.

Yes I send my medical records in 2004 and the RFE is re-done the TB test.

I checked my status online, still it showing the RFE mailing notice information only.
 
Then the RFE probably was sent in error, and hopefully you were approved. Check your online status on Monday, and if it still doesn't change by the end of the day, call customer service on Tuesday.

My worrie is that, they received my RFE documents on 9th July, 07 and on the same day they sent back the documents saying the documents are no longer required, either your case approved or denied. (The post mark date on the documents I received is 9th july)

Still the online status is showing that on 18th June we sent a notice for Additional evidence etc.,

Pls let me know if you took any other actions to get your case approved?

I mean any other thing than calling TSC / Congress Man/ Woman support.

To be better off take an Infopass and Also call TSC IO .tomarrow morning...to find out what exactly it is...
You never know with these guys...
