RFE documents Question Please help

Like I said it is not required to provide proof for the Period before 485 is filed. But if he has them and wants to submit, it should not hurt anything.

Really appreciate Hoho that u are advicing us since u r already through this process.

I talked to my Lawyer, advised me to send docs since Last entry to US, also no need to send previous employer stuff etc.
BTW copy of I-94 is needed to show my last admission to US, so that's the reason behind sending that
So I will send this:

All pay stubs since my last entry to US
Employment Letter from present employer
Copy of I-94
W2 for 2002 and 2001
Copy of all 1040 for 02 and 01
Employment History letter( for period when I filed 485) sent by me



BTW we might put this RFE thread open for anyone who gets some RFE since it has also a very good Employment History letter sent by Dwak.

Yes you need the I-94

Yes you need the I-94. The RFE I got specifically asked me to send a more legible copy of I-94.
