Lawyer received the RFE,

Proof of Salary received for the last three months. Evidence may consist of check stubs, pay stubs
- Copies of the 2001 signed tax documents
- And Form W-2 for 2001.
 
Could you please post your details (RD, ND, FP location) and the date when the RFE was issued? A RFE was issued for my Wife's case on Oct 24 and her Wac is very similar to yours. Wac 02 034 5XXXX.

What was your AVM message before the RFE?

was it saying 997 --- 999 days.....?

Also did you do your FP in Mar at San Jose?

Your RFE means that that batch seems to have got assigned.. hopefully.... or at least they are not totally out of the picture

Who knows..... it has been so slow..
