RFE Deadline?

Hey all,

Online it says that my AOS has an RFE which was sent 8/17. I am leaving for a 3 week trip on Saturday which means if the letter doesn't get here tomorrow I will not act on it until I get back. So I am wondering is there a deadline that the FRE letter sets for you to get back what ever evidence is requested?

I know I have the option to get someone to check my mailbox etc, but I'd prefer not to go that route.

I got an RFE aswell, it actually stated on my RFE that I had 87 days from the date on the RFE letter to reply. Unless they've changed anything I'd say you'll be fine, although it might put your case back abit. Everyone always says to reply A.S.A.P.

As long as you can put together the evidence needed rather quickly when you get back, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The deadline is 87 days from the date on the RFE letter, so you'll be fine. However, responding as quicky as possible is always nice since it gets your case rolling again that much faster. Enjoy your trip! :)
