RFE DETAILS

1) letter from employer stating date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment, and
(2) last 6 paystubs.

i've also got my RFE on the same day :)

i don't know what mine is for yet.
i hope it's also that simple.
heck . . . i don't want to search for tax returns, W2s and paystubs for the last 100 years :)
last 6 paystubs is very reasonable imho.
 
e-mail from my attorney

just got an e-mail saying that he received the RFE.
they are asking for Federal Income tax returns, including all schedules and Forms W-2 and/or Forms 1099 for the last two years.
not too bad, but i'd like paystubs better :)
now i have to figure out how to print all that from turbotax or something . . .
i can always request that from the IRS . . . they offer two choices:
1) printout for free
2) photocopies (how can that be possible for electronic filing?) for a small fee.
I wonder if INS will accept a printout or not . . . Anyone dealt with that before?
