AVM has not changed .It does not even say that RFE is issued.

REF received for myself and for my daughter. No REF for my wife.
REF for me responded 1/17, delivered 1/18. REF for my daughter responded 1/22.

Called INS 1/29. IIO said my daughter\'s response received, but not mine!

Plan to call INS tomorrow and see if re-submit is needed. Anyone has similar experience?

Same here. Responded to RFE on 1/24, AVM does not say they have received it. It does not even say RFE is issued.

Intend to deny letter issued on Jan 03, 2001. Attorney received on Jan 25!!!! Replied back to INS for I140 redo for company name change etc on Jan 30.

Hi All, In my case AVM was not updated when they issued RFE. AVM got updated only after VSC received my RFE response.

I called IIO to check status, as per IIO my case is still pending and got RFE response. I don\'t know the meaning of pending.

Ling can you tell what was the date on your RFE.For me the AVM message says that RFE was mailed on Jna19th but I have not yet got it. Will you pls respond

AVM changed to "This case is approved...on Feb 1" today(02/02).
