I got a Rfe on Ability to Pay.(Sep 15)
My lawyer filed REF papers last week.
So does the online message change once the uscis receives RFE ?
How many days does it take to change the online message for 140 ?

Current Status:

On October 19, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

I have the same message as above. LUD changed four times after they issued me RFE and twice after they received my lawyers response.
 
It a week that my lawyer sent the rfe reply, but there is no change in online message.
Is this normal?
BTW, the officer no is 256.
anyone has the same officer no?
